It's been a long time since I posted something on my blog, isn't it strange how time just fly's by?
Then all of a sudden it catches up with you!
Where have I been, well lets see besides giving back to my community, I have been able to travel a little.  Looking forward to this years print competition held in Vancouver in March,  I have come up with 4 images to enter from my travels! Choosing a name for these images was most difficult as they must be catchy and to the point of the image.

This image taken a few years ago while I was visiting Mexico a beautiful resort in Cancun, I called it
"The Art of Stained Glass"!




This image was taken in a beautiful park in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and I called this image
"What are you looking at"!

This image was taken at Yellowstone National Park in the USA a fabulous country to visit, wouldn't mind going back there again as there is much to see in this National Park!
I called this image "Blowing off Steam"!

And this last image I got up in the morning just as the sun was starting to rise and went for a stroll in the sand. This image was taken in Cabo San Lucas on the beach and I called this image.
"Footsteps in the Sand"!

How I will do in print comp this year well only the judges will decide. Judging takes Place in Vancouver on March 4 and 5th  2016.  I hope that the judges will be kind to me this year and accept at least one of images! I will keep you posted!

Isn't it amazing how these animals become our best friends, never complain, and are our constant companions! It's really hard and sad when we have to let them go! That's why if you have a loved pet take lots of pictures so you won't forget them!

Cochrane Ranche wedding - Alberta....//Calgary photographer, Photography by Linda

The Cochrane Ranche is truly a beautiful place to have a wedding as these two Kari-Ann and Jason found out! It was an unforgettable location for their wedding! Their wedding was held with panoramic view in the outdoor Ranche House courtyard. It was the perfect setting for Kari-Ann and Jason to say their I do's with all their guests watching with smiles! Kari-Ann wore a beautiful white gown and fit her so beautifully! Her colors were blue, white and black and the wedding party looked so good together as a whole! The skies were cloudy but there was no rain! Their wedding party was a hoot, with lots of smiles and so much fun!
I loved the way Jason looked at Kari-Ann, they are so much fun a perfect match for each other!
With best wishes for a long and happy life together, be happy and never stop laughing, its good a thing!

A September wedding is planned for these two! September, the beautiful fall colors that will make this wedding stand out! Golden yellows and oranges! My favorite time of the year! Emma and Keith have chosen to get married this September in their own back yard out in the country, with the mountains as a back drop! How romantic! We chose to do some winter engagement photos out on their estate with the winter mountains and the blue sky's! We did manage to find some rustic trees and their red barn for back drops. Great smiles and a whole lotta love with these two.

I love winter engagement sessions! We had a nice sunny day and it wasn't too cold out for this happy couple.
Fish Creek Park is all ways a busy park no matter what time of the year it is. Nathan and Jill have a September wedding planned out in the country and I am looking forward to being part of their awesome day! Nathan picked the 3 diamond engagement ring for Jill, Past, Present and Future surrounded by other diamonds as well. It just sparkles on her ring finger and matches her glowing smile. There is so much love between the two, I know that I am going to capture truly romantic and love in their images on their wedding day. Did I tell you how much fun they were to be with on their engagement session, you bet! September will be here before you know it. I love men in hats! Especially wedding party groomsmen, hats just set them apart and ads something more to their wedding party photographs. All the hats were different and the guys looked amazing!
