Over at the lake the other day this stunning woodpecker flew close by us. I just had to stop what I was doing and try to get closer to him. As I did I just kept taking photos of him. It was as if he was just posing for me. He kept watching me as I got closer and closer to him still taking photos of him. This amazing bird was telling me ok lady don't you have enough of me yet! And still I got closer to him I could just reach out when he said one last photo and I'm out of here!So he let me get this one then he took off! Lucky me, if only birds could talk!
